Home Sweet Home. A Xelene and Zero story.
You never really know how much or how little junk you have until you try to fit in all into boxes. Then again an even better way to tell how much you have is trying to lift those boxes and move them to a new home.
Me well I never had much, when it comes to clothes, books or movies. About all I had in my boxes was antique weapons, my sabers and my guitar. However my new house mate if I had let her move all her stuff alone we’d be here all week. Not that she isn’t strong she’s just overly carful when it comes to packing.
We had been dating for over a year now and with the fall of Doppler City we figured we might want to share a place together. Between our high salaries as ace hunters and Xel actually getting a lot of money from Dr. Cain for helping to design and build a few early reploids we could have gotten a much bigger place.

"She said we're going on a date!" Zero leans against a wall near by the very table just hours ago Cain had rebuilt him on.
"Well finally!" The old human smirks under his wizard like beard. Using his cane he helps himself over to his computer his little out burst caused Xelene to stare at him and Zero to raise an eye brow. "Now repeat that to my video chat that way I can finally win that bet and calm the prize."
"Wait you where betting that me and Zero would date?" For a second Xelene was shocked by her old friend then she recalled that this really wasn't all that strange. Cain always had an odd sense of humour. Cain was the kind of man to say as many bad puns, or jokes until someone smiled.
