Okay this is art I bought. I just got it done today and it is freaking insane! I love it. Ahahahahahahahahaha! Okay okay this is a character I made for a RP back in my early highschool years. It's the evil side of Zero from Megaman X. Yeah the virus in a body. Heavy based off Zero's hyper mode from Command Mission I think he predates Command Mission but if not I thought of him before I saw the hypermode.
